paper olive is a luxury couture invitation design studio based in los angeles, california, keenly focused on fresh, modern, one-of-a-kind custom designs that blend luxe, unstuffy classics with clean lines and bold, contemporary color. like our clients, we prefer the unexpected.

owner and graphic designer marleine pacilio launched paper olive in 2007, after struggling to find an original design solution for her own modern wedding. with an orange and lime color palette, she found that achieving a chic-yet-whimsical look meant taking on much of the challenge herself.
to her delight, she fell in love...again. this time, with paper.
marleine now lives, works, breathes, blogs and, yes, obsesses about all things design: unexpected colors, rich fabrics, clean lines...each element is critical to the vibrant, contemporary style that sets paper olive apart.
